Demo and installation of a new DVT booth and alignment machine, including modifications to supply and exhaust ductwork and pit supply duct to declassify the pits as confined spaces. Instead of a full booth, HMW fabricated and installed custom sound walls around the machines to provide hearing protection.
Ground level of ED Sand deck was extended, requiring modifications to the exhaust ductwork. Due to space constraints of the booth workers and required flow rate of exhaust, a unique duct design was engineering and fabricated to allow for the most ergonomic working space while maintaining adequate exhaust.
